Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://homecleaningvail.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Handysweeper or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Handysweeper may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Handysweeper arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AZ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AZ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
